Little Flower Nursery & Primary School was established in 1976 as a Nursery & Primary School, run by the Franciscan sisters of Immaculate Heart of Mary Congregation Pondicherry. The school building foundation laid on 10.10.1977 and blessed by the RT.REV.MGR.DR.MARIANUS AROKIASAMY. D. D. Bishop of Kottar and opened by VERY REV MOTHER FAUSTINA MARY, Superior General of Immaculate Heart of Mary Congregation, Pondicherry in Little Flower Girls’ Higher Secondary School campus. Later on shifted to St. Mary’s Street, Ramanputhur on 04.11.2001. The new building was opened by Rev. Mother JAYA MARY, Provincial Superior, Infant Jesus Province, Madurai and blessed by Rev. Fr. A MARIA SUSAI, P. P.
